a time to connect with yourself and others - a time to laugh, talk, listen, create and nurture - a time to share the common threads of our lives

About Us - Meet Kay

Kay MontgomeryKay Montgomery is owner/director of A Connecting Thread and manager of A Village Store.  She is a life-long learner who tells stories, writes and lives creatively. Kay connects the dots between any creative endeavor and everyday life as an avenue for feeding and watering the spirit, accessing the untapped power of art as a bridge to a renewed sense of meaning and connection.  She is an experienced group facilitator and individual guide who supports life transitions and process work by remaining present to the connecting threads that are authentic to each individual.  Kay enjoys long-distance bicycle touring, gardening and reading.
